They say americans are the worst but, I beg to differ. Unless you are a very humble, aware, respectful, and well traveled savvy person there is just one word to be used "TOURIST", which is a bad word. Wether you are from USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, Middle East every tourist seem to be recognizable and unfortunately bad. Now this can be argued of course, even I know some are exceptions (like me... ha!) but staying here in Amsterdam I have been noticed the signs of the "T" word. Here are some of my discoveries. ;)
1) camera in hand
2) map/pamphlet in hand
3) backpack/ fanny pack/ and sash bags with the above items in hand
4) eyes looking up and around
5) finger pointing
6) tripping because not paying attention
7) riding a "RENT A BIKE" bike
8) hats and sunglasses
9) eating ready to eat grocery food from a backpack or plastic bag (ex: salads, sandwich, apples, carrots, and chips etc...)
Now I'm not saying that Ts are bad but i just found it funny in my own humor. I also noticed that Ts are very territorial. I even noticed myself being so a few times... haha.
